從新的政策來(lái)看，這是一個(gè)利好的消息，雖然大學(xué)的留學(xué)生還不能入境，但之前說(shuō)的高中生返澳計(jì)劃已經(jīng)正式實(shí)施了！
此外澳洲教育部聯(lián)合移民部長(zhǎng)宣布5項(xiàng)簽證便利措施，確保國(guó)際學(xué)生留學(xué)權(quán)益，為迎接留學(xué)生返澳做好準(zhǔn)備！
· The Australian Government will recommence granting student visas in all locations lodged outside Australia. This means when borders re-open, students will already have visas and be able to make arrangements to travel.
1. 政府將重新開始發(fā)放在澳大利亞境外遞交申請(qǐng)的學(xué)生簽證。這意味著當(dāng)邊境重新開放時(shí)，學(xué)生將已持有學(xué)生簽證，并可以安排赴澳行程；
· International students will be able to lodge a further student visa application free of charge, if they are unable to complete their studies within their original visa validity due to COVID-19.
2. 國(guó)際學(xué)生若因新冠疫情而無(wú)法在原學(xué)生簽證有效期內(nèi)完成學(xué)業(yè)，則可以免費(fèi)遞交新的學(xué)生簽證申請(qǐng)；
· Student visa holders studying online outside Australia due to COVID-19 will be able to use that study to count towards the Australian study requirement for a post-study work visa.
3. 因新冠疫情目前在澳大利亞境外進(jìn)行在線學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生簽證持有者，在申請(qǐng)畢業(yè)生臨時(shí)工作簽證時(shí)可將這段在線學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)時(shí)計(jì)入在澳學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)長(zhǎng)，以滿足畢業(yè)生臨時(shí)工作簽證對(duì)在澳學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)長(zhǎng)的要求；
· Graduates who held a student visa will be eligible to apply for a post-study work visa outside Australia if they are unable to return due to COVID-19.
4. 針對(duì)目前持有學(xué)生簽證的畢業(yè)生，如因新冠疫情而無(wú)法返回澳大利亞，將有資格在澳大利亞境外申請(qǐng)畢業(yè)生臨時(shí)工作簽證；
· Additional time will be given for applicants to provide English language results where COVID-19 has disrupted access to these services.
5. 若受新冠疫情影響相關(guān)服務(wù)而無(wú)法正常提供英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言成績(jī)，簽證申請(qǐng)者可獲得額外的時(shí)間以提供此成績(jī)。
