托福寫作之素材庫 -社會話題

 社會話題是托福中特別容易出鏡的話題之一，所以在平時的學習中我們更應該有意識的積累好句并學以致用。

1. 擴展人際圈的原因：XX provide people the opportunities to meet friends of diverse backgrounds but with same interest,widening their circles, reliving loneliness, and even boosting their careers.

xx跟人們提供了一個見到很多背景不同但是有相同興趣的朋友，擴展他們的朋友圈，緩解孤獨，提升他們的職業(yè)。

2. 強化人際關系的原因：Xx Strengthen friendship or family relationship by creating topics of conversation or providing the opportunity to spend quality time together.

3. Another discomfort of our age is that we are experiencinginterpersonal alienation. Although communication technology makes people all a phone call away, they fail to bridge the voidcaused by long distance and longtime apart. The simple reason is that nothing can take the place of the intimacy arising from hugs, the comfort resulting frompatting on the shoulder, and the confidences regained from the friend’s confirming eyes.

另外一個我們時代的不適是我們在經歷人際疏離。 雖然溝通科技讓人們只離一個電話的距離，他們不能填補長距離和長時間分開的空缺。簡單的理由是沒有什么都取代擁抱帶來的親密，拍肩膀的舒服，和朋友堅定眼神帶來的信心。

4. 社會競爭導致不友好：the fierce competition in today’s society exerts so much pressure onpeople that there is no time for them to showfriendliness. Rushing nonstop from home to the office, the working class is living and working under unusually heavy burdens. Everyone seems to be fighting for their survival and prosperity. Accordingly, their attitude and feelings towards others are becoming numb.

當今社會的激烈的競爭給人們施加了太多壓力以至于他們沒有時間去展示友好。在家和辦公室不停歇地奔波，工人階級的生活和工作承受著不一般的沉重壓力。每個人都似乎在為他們的生存和發(fā)展奔波。相應的，他們對別人的態(tài)度和感受變得麻木了。
